Lightworks provides a professional photography solution for your event. 

     The studio is equipped to handle just about any request, no matter how large or small. Whether we are photographing large or small groups you have a right to expect professional quality services on time and within budget. Many of our clients are companies requesting group photographs of their employees or guests who attend functions or conferences that they host. Our group photographs are used on websites, holiday cards, and are most often provided as gifts to employees or association members who attend conferences, meetings, or special events. Depending upon the time of year, the weather, and the size of the group, Lightworks can take these photographs outdoors, in an office lobby, in a hotel ballroom, or in the studio. Quick turnaround is often available, so the images taken at a conference may be delivered before the group leaves town.

    Executive portraits are taken utilizing professional lighting and backdrops or showing the executive in his or her office or other location. Frequently, the studio photographs many individuals from law firms, accounting firms, or boards of directors from associations or country clubs at their offices or at off site meetings. These portraits are most often used for websites and press releases. We offer traditional portraits as well as a journalistic approach. We are able to set up on site and produce archival prints for your group within hours. Pricing is event specific. Whether you need images on the championship golf course, special parties for special guests, awards presentation or the board room we are just a call away.      DVD Services are also available for all event packages. The Premium DVD package includes images in motion and set to music. Pricing based on number of images in the selected package.

To View Your Event

     To view online proofs/previews from your event simply click on the Previews hyperlink at the top of this page. To access your previews scroll down to the bottom of the Previews page and enter your password. The images will load for your review. Be sure to enter the password exactly as listed on your invoice or your A-La-Carte event price list without the "quotation" marks.  If you experience any difficulty please let us know.
