Our Procedures

     We arrive on site at least 10 minutes prior to appointment for identification purposes and answer questions 

     Interior photography is completed prior to exterior to reduce time agent or homeowner has to be on site

     Interior should be ready for photography at appointment time and photographed as is( See below)

     Interior photography will require about 30 - 45 minutes for average size home depending on lighting needs

     Exterior photography is completed last to allow driveway to be free of automobiles 

     Your Preparation

     Exterior: 

          Toys, water hose, newspapers, and garbage cans out of view

          Automobiles parked in closed garage and driveway clean 

     Interior:

          Remove as many items and small appliances as possible to increase appearance and size of counter spaces

          Remove pictures and magnet mementoes from front of refrigerator

          Remove pet and all pet items

          Beds made and blinds/drapes closed unless image is to include window view

          Lights on, ceiling fans off and doors open to rooms to be photographed

     Cancellation Policy:

          Cancellation requires a call the day before your appointment by 5pm. Since we turn away all inquiries for the time reserved for you please be certain that the property is ready to be photographed.  If agent/vendor or owner decides the interior is not ready for photography at appointment time the exterior photography will be completed and billed at 75% of exterior and interior pricing.
